Please note that our North Terrace entrance will be closed for pavement works from Thursday December 10^th until 5pm on Friday December 18^th

During this time its business as usual with entry to SkyCity via two entry points along Station Lane.

The entrance to Madame Hanoi will remain open during this period.

Casino Opening 1 December

SkyCity will reopen to all SkyCity Rewards members and the general public on Tuesday 1 December, with the following restrictions:

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All patrons ( members and general public ) visiting SkyCity Adelaide will be required to scan the South Australian Government approved QR code upon entry and download the My SA Government app available from both the Apple and Google stores.

SkyCity Rewards Members

Over 2 exclusive days, Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 December – only SkyCity Rewards members can access our new facilities.

This excludes Sol And ITL which will be open to the general public. Bookings are essential.

Members can still access gaming, bars and dining in the railway heritage building.

SkyCity Adelaide will be open from 9am you can enter via North Terrace or through our new entry on Station Road. For your continued safety, we will continue contact tracing, so apologies in advance for any inconvenience. We hope it will be worth the wait.

General public access

Only the SkyCity railway heritage building will be accessible from 1 December to the general public.

December 3 – Official opening of new facilities– open to members and general public from noon.

Please note that due to the official opening, our NEW gaming area will be closed until noon, while official ceremonies take place. However, you can still enjoy the facilities in our railway heritage building during this time.

Then at noon, we will reopen and welcome everyone across the whole site.

Eos by SkyCity – Opening December 1

Sol Bar and Restaurant – Opening December 1

Sol is an immersive rooftop bar and restaurant destination, celebrating the best of South Australia from its spectacular location, perched on top of SkyCity Adelaide. Curated by Head Chef Kane Pollard, Sol Restaurant’s dining is an experience like no other with a strong focus on sustainability. All ingredients are locally sourced, and everything is prepared, cultured, churned and fermented in-house.

ITL – Opening December 1

ITL’s modern Italian kitchen embraces family friendly dining, featuring two large wood fired pizza ovens, freshly made pasta and gelati. Adjoining the Festival Plaza, ITL will be a high energy attraction for customers on the way to or from the Adelaide Oval and Festival Theatre.

The District at SkyCity – Opening December 3

The District at SkyCity, featuring the dynamic Pirate Life team, is Australia’s first brewery in a casino.

The District brings together all venues on Level 1 of the heritage building; live entertainment, the Pirate Life brewery, the Sports Bar, Poker Zone and Bistro, in one unique venue.

Lucky Noodle – Opening December 3

Located on the main gaming floor of the expansion,Lucky Noodle will serve fast and fresh Southeast Asian food, delivering a quick dining option, without compromising on quality.

Westward – Opening December 3

Offering brilliant views of the River Torrens and footbridge, Westward is the perfect meeting spot pre or post game, located on the western side of the SkyCity precinct.

Conference and Events – Opening February 2021

SkyCity’s dedicated Level Two Functions Floor is equipped with versatile event spaces and state of the art facilities, including the stunning SkyCity Ballroom for up to 650 guests, the Southwest Suite which can hold up to 80 guests, or three Executive Boardrooms for holding private meetings or breakout spaces.

Huami – Opening 2021

Huami, opening in 2021,will deliver Adelaide’s finest Chinese restaurant, where authentic Chinese is delivered with opulence, taking diners on a contemporary journey through Southern China. In addition to the intimate dining restaurant, Huami will offer three private dining rooms and showcase a 1,200- bottle wine wall.

COVID-19 Update

Friday 20 November 2020

Due to today’s update from the State Government, the following SkyCity venues will be open from Tuesday 24 November.

Sean’s Kitchen, Madame Hanoi and The Guardsman will re-open, adhering to robust health and safety restrictions in place at any time. Bookings are strongly recommended.

There will still be no access to the casino from these venues permitted and the casino will return to operating under a limited and further tightly controlled model, adhering to the Government Directions Notice. Unfortunately our main gaming floor will be temporarily closed to the public until further restrictions ease.

The health and safety of SkyCity’s employees and customers, along with the broader South Australian community, is our foremost concern.

COVID-19 Update

Following the announcement today that South Australia will enter a six-day lockdown, effective from 6pm tonight all SkyCity Adelaide venues will be closed until further notice.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority and we will continue to keep you updated.

Due to yesterday’s update from the State Government, SkyCity will postpone the public opening of The District and the SkyCity expansion until Tuesday December 1 – pending restrictions at the time.

Sol Bar and Restaurant and iTL Italian Kitchen will open as planned from Saturday 28 November. Sean’s Kitchen, Madame Hanoi and The Guardsman will remain open, adhering to robust health and safety restrictions in place at any time.

No access to the casino from these venues will be permitted and the casino will be operating under a limited and further tightly controlled model, adhering to the Government Directions Notice. Unfortunately our main gaming floor will be temporarily closed to the public until restrictions ease.

The health and safety of SkyCity’s employees and customers, along with the broader South Australian community, is our foremost concern.

Closure of Grandstand Bar and Level 1

From October 6 Grandstand Bar will close followed by the entirety of Level 1 on October 19 to make way for new venue,The District at SkyCity.

During the period of closure Chandelier Bar will be open as normal for customers seeking a drink. Keep an eye out for further updates on the opening of The District at SkyCity.

We are excited to announce that non Premier Rewards members are now able to join the rewards program and gain entry to SkyCity Adelaide.

A dedicated sign-up desk operating at the North Terrace entry will allow non-members to sign up during the hours of 10am-10pm, 7 days.

SkyCity has worked closely with authorities to ensure a commitment to delivering the most robust health and safety standards, to ensure we adhere to these standards, specifically the 1.5 metre social distancing rule, new member signs ups may close during these times at the discretion of management. We appreciate your understanding to ensure we continue to adhere to these high standards.

All customers who sign up to Premier Rewards will be required to present current photo identification (Australian driver’s licence, passport or Australian proof of age card - digital ID not accepted).

You can begin yoursignup online, to make the process faster on your arrival to collect your card. Please note that it may take 24 hours to process an online application.

Premier Rewards members only

• Only Premier Rewards members may enter SkyCity Adelaide Casino. This will ensure we have a central register of who is on site and when, so we can support with contact tracing, if required.

Hours of Opening:

• Gaming machines - open from 9am
• Table games - open from midday
• The Chandelier and Grandstand Bars will initially only be open to service players.

Note: Level 1 table games including Poker are currently being refurbished and are therefore unavailable.

Level 1 is expected to reopen in late October, when a transformed Level 1 will be revealed as ‘The District at SkyCity’, bringing together the Poker Zone, live entertainment, a microbrewery, sports bar and bistro in one unique offering.

If sick, please don’t come to SkyCity

• If you are feeling sick, please, DO NOT come to SkyCity. Please stay at home in your bubble and seek medical advice. Take care of yourself and only come to SkyCity when you have fully recovered. By doing so, you will be keeping yourself and others safe.

Stay 1.5 metres apart

• Don’t forget to Stay 1.5 metres away from others where possible and please respect other people’s space.
• Table games will only cater for up to three players and there will be no back-betting.
• A number of gaming machines have been turned off to enable social distancing.

• Extra cleaning regimes have been implemented. We have stepped up the frequency of cleaning to ensure high touch surfaces are sanitised.
• Hand sanitiser available to employees and guests.

Update on Premier Rewards Points

We know that your Rewards Points and birthday gifts are an important part of your experience at Adelaide Casino. As you have been unable to use and redeem these valuable components of the Premier Rewards program, we have made the following allowances;

Rewards Points

We have paused the expiration of all Rewards Points until 1^stJanuary 2021. Once expiry recommences, any points that were earned before 1 July 2020 will expire. Any other points on your account will remain until six (6) months after the date they are earned.

Birthday Points Gifts

Any member who has a birthday between March and August and has not yet redeemed their birthday points gift will enjoy an extended redemption period. Members in this category will have until 30 September to redeem their birthday points gift at any kiosk at Adelaide Casino.

Our customers and our staff are our number one priority and the following is important information regarding COVID-19 that has been implemented:

• Introduction of a number of social distancing measures:
• De activation of every second gaming machine and electronic table game
• Distancing between players at seated table games
• Standing betting at seated table games will be disallowed
• No more than 5 players at standing games such as roulette
• We are limiting promotional draws to reduce the number of customers in one place
• Hand sanitisers have been placed throughout our site and handwashing instructions have been placed in our public bathrooms.
• Team members have been educated on how to prevent transmission of viruses and as per the advice of World Health organisation our focus has been around best practice personnel hygiene.
• We have established an isolation procedure to minimise exposure to others if there is a suspected case
• Our cleaning regime has been increased to reduce the risk of contaminated surfaces
• We have introduced additional personal protective equipment requirements for staff who may come into contact frequently touched surfaces.
• Our Advanced First Aiders have been briefed on the signs and symptoms of COVID-19

Our plan for if a COVID-19 case is suspected:

• If any staff or guests visiting our site report flu-like symptoms, Adelaide Casino has Advance First Aiders who will attend and if necessary isolate unwell persons to assess their symptoms.
• Medical and Health Services will be notified immediately
• We will notify the community once the case has been verified by health professionals
• All relevant areas would be cleaned with anti-viral products

What you can do:

• You can protect yourself and others from getting sick by regularly washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds and avoid touching your face
• When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue and dispose of the tissue in a waste bin.
• If you are suffering from flu-like symptoms, please self-isolate and contact relevant authorities on 1800 020 080
• Ensure you follow the 14 day self-isolation period if you have travelled from overseas
